These terms govern your use of the 3PS, LLC website. Services, engagements, and 3PS Lock deployments are governed by separately executed service agreements; if these terms conflict with a signed agreement, the agreement controls.
Use of this site
You may use this site for lawful purposes related to evaluating or working with 3PS. You agree not to probe, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure. We monitor and respond to abuse.
Content
Site content is provided for general information and is not legal, compliance, or security advice for your specific situation. Service descriptions, statistics, and results reflect representative engagements; outcomes vary by environment.
Intellectual property
The 3PS name, marks, and site content belong to 3PS, LLC or its licensors. Third-party marks (including ThreatLocker, Microsoft, CrowdStrike, and SentinelOne) belong to their respective owners and are referenced for identification only.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3PS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits obligations under a signed services agreement.
SMS and text messaging
If you text 3PS, reply to a 3PS message, submit a form requesting SMS follow-up, or ask a 3PS representative for text-message follow-up, you consent to receive service-related text messages from 3PS at the phone number you provide. Messages may include callback coordination, support updates, scheduling, report follow-up, and emergency-response coordination. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your request or engagement.
