- Service information. Details about your environment shared with us during engagements, handled under the relevant service agreement.
- Usage data. Standard web analytics (pages visited, approximate location, device type) collected via cookies or similar technologies.
How we use it
- To respond to inquiries and deliver requested services.
- To send requested SMS service communications such as callback coordination, support updates, scheduling, report follow-up, and emergency-response coordination.
- To operate, secure, and improve our website and offerings.
- To send service communications; marketing only with consent, and you may opt out at any time.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (under confidentiality obligations), or when required by law. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data or text-message consent for third-party marketing.

Health information
When engagements involve environments containing protected health information, our access and obligations are governed by the applicable services agreement and business associate agreement, not this website policy.
Security and retention
We apply the same security standards we sell: access control, encryption in transit, and least-privilege handling. We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@3ps.llc. We honor applicable rights under state privacy laws.
